What is the cutoff time to place an order for the week?
Our cutoff day and time to place orders for the week is on Thursdays at 12:59 p.m. CST to fulfill for the following week. Any orders submitted afterwards will be considered for the following work week.
What is the processing time for orders? Why was my order declined?
Because all orders are made fresh on a first come, first serve basis, the “processing time” for orders includes 3-4 days for order submission requests, confirmation and creation. Once payment has been received and cleared, then your order is queued for fulfillment.
What is your delivery time for orders? How do you ship my order?
3 - 5 business days.
Shipping, handling and delivery time is the time from completion of processing an order to packing, handling and delivering to our customers or upon local deliveries. We ship your order via USPS in consideration of their operational hours and holiday closures.
PLEASE NOTE: TCS does not ship products on Thursdays, Fridays or Sundays.
What is considered FREE Delivery?
FREE Delivery is local from my shop in Converse, Texas (Zipcode: 78109) within a 10 mile radius. Any deliveries outside of that radius incurs a *$3.00 gas surcharge. (This amount may change depending on fuel prices). In addition, there are NO deliveries after 6:00 p.m.
Do you accept returns and provide refunds?
Do to the nature of our products being perishable goods, we cannot process returns. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! But please contact us at TerrellsCreoleSnacks.Info@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order at any time?
Cancellations are not accepted after payment. Please give careful consideration to your purchases when placing an order.

How long can I keep my pralines?
We are certain that this will be difficult to do bebe! BUT we recommend you store your pralines in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks (14 days) or freeze for up to 2 months.
